LEGAL BASIS PROCESSING

Personal data are processed by CACIP in order to provide access to and use of the contents of the website, as well as to manage relations with users and for administrative purposes.
The Data Controller processes personal data in order to guarantee safety and to prevent accidental events or unlawful or malicious actions that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal data, which constitute a legitimate interest of the Data Controller. To such end, the Data Controller will provide procedures for the management of data breaches.
For all other data processing activities, the Data Controller will provide relevant notices describing the purposes of the processing and, where necessary, your consent will be obtained.

Web browsing data
Computer systems and software procedures relevant to the functioning of this website obtain, in the course of their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names used by the users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data, which are necessary for the use of the web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most frequently visited pages, number of hourly or daily visitors, user’s geographical location, etc.) and to check that the website is functioning correctly.

Data provided by the user
The optional, clear and voluntary sending of messages to CACIP’s contact addresses and private messages sent by users to profiles/pages on social media (where this is possible) includes the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, which is necessary in order to provide a response, as well as all the personal data included in the message.
